The Town of Pepperell requires Mobile Food and Novelty vendors to have a permit to participate in the annual PARADE & Fireworks celebration, Summer band concerts & Fall Fest.
 
Vendors need to register HERE to request a Special Event Participation Permit. 
Once submitted and confirmed, your permit will be assigned along with your approved location or rolling cart(s) access by the committee. 
Your permit will be handed out at check in, and must be displayed.

Anyone without a permit will be asked to leave.



Food Vendors: It is your responsibility to acquire an approved Board of Health Permit for this event. The Permit must be posted and visible at the event. 


Novelty Vendors: We cannot offer vendor exclusivity, but we do limit vendors to no more than 2 similar foods/event to keep it fair and ensure your success! Once registered & approved, make sure to print permit and bring it with you to event! The Permit must be posted and visible at the event.
