Creative Dance - Preschool Ages 3.5-5
Wednesdays, 3:45-4:25pm, beginning 3/15/23
Dance activities emphasize the fun and excitement of discovering the world through movement. Explore dancing with scarves, rhythm instruments, parachute play, story dance, yoga, and much more! There will be a performance Sunday, May 21, 2023 which all dancers are invited to be a part of. Participation in the performance is optional; however, it gives dancers the chance to share all we have learned throughout the year.  This is an informal performance in which the dancers are all involved in creating the dances and get to show the joy of movement.  There is a $30 performance fee per family payable to the instructor to cover the cost of the auditorium and other performance costs. Costumes are kept to a minimum using clothes from home, borrowing from my costume collection, or buying simple costumes (maximum of $20 or usually a lot less).  Families attend for free - there is no ticket charge or other hidden fees.
