The building is located at 4 Hollis St, Pepperell MA.
The upstairs room offers a beautiful space that has been designed with your large banquet or meeting in mind. There is a large wooden dance floor centered within the room and carpeted perimeter. The space will accommodate up to 150 patrons in theatre-style seating. The room is affixed with plenty of lighting both through fixtures and windows that surround the room. The upstairs space is handicap accessible. Within the room there is available for use: a smart television (you must bring your own HDMI cable) and DVD player and internet access, 40 stack-able padded chairs, and at least 10 rectangular (30in X 6ft) tables. There are additional 75 padded folding chairs downstairs that are available for use.
The downstairs room offers a finished open basement. It is perfect for meetings and less formal gatherings. The space will accommodate up to 100 patrons in a theatre-style seating. The room contains LED lighting and 5 casement windows. The downstairs space is not handicap accessible. Within the room there is available for use: 50 folding chairs, and at least 10 rectangular (30in X 6ft) tables.
Amenities to be shared: 10 rectangular (30in X 6ft) tables, 50 padded folding chairs, 2 unisex bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) and small coffee pot maker. |

RENTAL FEES - 2 Hour Minimum Rental
Pepperell Resident $25 per hour per level
$50 per hour for entire building
Non-Pepperell Resident $45 per hour per level
$90 per hour for entire building
Non-Profits exempt from 2 hour Min.
Time to setup and clean up needs to be part of the rental time.
Rental Fees need to be paid 2 weeks prior to Rental or upon approval if requested less than 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation fee of $25 applied, if the Reservation is not cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. |
